All orders made with The Pewter Factory are made to order, needing a 3-4 week production time before shipping.

The 30% deposit required to confirm an order is non refundable & is used to offset some of the production expenses of having goods made specifically for your order.

The 3-4 week timing estimate for order production is an estimate only & this timing cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to meet all estimated deadlines but occasionally the factory production can be slower than expected. Please allow extra time whenever possible.

Most countries will add an import tax or duty to any overseas import. Please check the rates that may be applied by your country's customs service. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
